Established in 1952, it is the Holding Company of the Group, acting also as the Group's portfolio company. Amathus Public Ltd
Established in 1943, Amathus has grown over the years into a multidimensional organization, covering a wide spectrum of activities.
Today, the company participates in the ownership and/or management of luxury hotels such as the Rodian Amathus Beach Hotel in Rhodes - Greece, the Amathus Beach Hotel in Limassol and the Olympic Lagoon Resort in Paphos.
Amathus is also active in the areas of Transport & Travel through Amathus Corporation Ltd. More specifically, Amathus Corporation Ltd through its associate company ‘Amathus Aegeas Ltd’ operates in the areas of ship agency, chartering & brokerage, consolidation, warehousing, trucking, custom brokerage and domestic transhipment of imported and exported goods.

Lanitis Farm Ltd:
The farm was established in 1936 by the Lanitis family. Situated 10kms west of the town of Limassol, it is one of the largest private citrus and olive producers on the island, covering 440 hectares of land. It is one of the largest growers and exporters of top quality citrus produce and organic olive oil in Cyprus, with over 70 years' experience. Lanitis Farm Ltd is the major shareholder of Heaven’s Garden Watrepark Ltd (owners of Fasouri Watermania Waterpark and Ktima Laniti), and Lanitis Golf Public Co. Ltd.
Heaven's Garden Waterpark:
Fasouri Watermania Waterpark is the biggest Waterpark in Cyprus both in size and number of attractions and facilities (with 30 different games for all ages, catering outlets including restaurants and snack bars). The park was designed and built to maintain the highest standards of safety. The park entertains more than 150,000 of local and tourist visitors every year.
Ktima Laniti located in a unique landscape allows an infinite variety of settings in both indoor and outdoor venues. Ktima Laniti can be offered for product launches, weddings, social and professional gatherings, buffet dinners, cocktail receptions and other functions. LF LIMASSOL GREENS GOLF RESORT:
The Lanitis Group has undertaken a special leisure and residential project on the site of its existing citrus plantations in the Fasouri area near Limassol. Lanitis Golf Public Co. Ltd, the owning company, has been established in order to successfully design, develop and operate this new project. The project will include: luxurious villas and apartments, high standard 18-hole championship golf course designed by Cabell Robinson, central core country club, amenity parkland and sports facilities.
Claridge Public Ltd:
The Company is listed in the Cyprus Stock Exchange and owns 100% of Amathus Vacation Ownership Ltd, owner of Apollo Heights, a complex of luxurious villas and apartments located at Aphrodite Hills.
Also, the Company owns 31.87% of the share capital of the associated company Leisure Holding S.A. which is the sole shareholder of Landa AXTE, owner of Amathus Beach Hotel Rhodes, a luxurious hotel with 318-rooms and 37 suites with private pools in Rhodes, Greece.
Special Projects of the Group:
Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort, owned by Aphrodite Hills Resort Ltd, is the first integrated golf, leisure and real estate development in Cyprus. Aphrodite Hills includes an 18-hole golf course, a tennis academy, The Retreat spa, a village square with shops and restaurants, luxurious properties for sale or rent, and a luxurious hotel. The resort also offers a range of activities ranging from horse riding to children’s activities and two beach clubs.
Limassol Marina is a €350 million waterfront development designed to combine luxury residences and a state-of-the-art Marina with exclusive restaurants and shops. A first of its kind for Cyprus, the Marina is able to accommodate up to 650 yachts, ranging in length from 8m to 110m, with facilities and services of the highest standard.
The Lanitis Group, an active member in the project from the early stages of design and development, owns an 22% share of Limassol Marina Ltd, through Cybarco Development Ltd, having also the project management and being the exclusive sales agent of residential properties.

Evagoras & Kathleen Lanitis Foundation:
A non-profit organisation, based in Limassol, created in memory of the late Evagoras Lanitis which aims to continue his social contribution. The Foundation organises and sponsors cultural and educational events, which promote human achievements. The Foundation is a leg of Evagoras Lanitis Center.
Evagoras Lanitis used to say: "In order for us to progress, our country must progress." Following this principle, Evagoras Lanitis was one of the founders of 'Radiomarathon' ,the largest charity organisation in Cyprus.
